Camellia Villa is just a short drive away from the biggest and top tourist attractions in Central Florida. From Walt Disney World to exclusive Resort Access, this is the dream vacation home you've been dreaming about!

The open floor plan is welcoming after a long day of travel, you can immediately unwind and settle in the moment you step through the door. The modern kitchen is fully stocked to entertain and cook for your family or friends. Just a few steps away is the living room set up with the perfect seating for conversation or for a watching a movie in the utmost comfort. On the lower level there is a King master ensuite leading to the pool deck for you to privately walk through.

On the second level, you will be greeted with an over-sized loft providing another layer of comfort for everyone to enjoy themselves. The remaining bedrooms are just a few steps away. You will have access to another king bedroom ensuite, two queen bedrooms, two Twin beds featuring a star wars theme only fit for the top Jedi masters and a Frozen themed room with one double bed and one twin ready to build a snowman in.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor at Westside is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport, Windsor at Westside Resort features resort amenities such as a lazy river and a huge pool. You will also find a fitness center, basketball court, volleyball, tennis courts, and game room.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

WINDSOR AT WESTSIDE NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Home away from home

Very quiet area, with 11 of us it was awesome and had plenty of room. Just not enough patio chairs. Very clean. I would stay there again. Recommend this home for sure. Pool and hot tub was awesome to have.

The home was really nice and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay and felt at home. We didn’t want to leave! We have absolutely nothing bad to say about the home and out stay overall. Thank you again!

Just home from a 10 night stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, Camellis Villa was a beautiful location. Upon arriving, we found the house to be very clean overall. The modern appliances and decor was beautiful. The only complaints I had about this property were mainly for the outside piece. 1) there were no lounge beds as had previously been photographed. 2) There were only 5 chairs around the outside table, not the 6 pictured and 3/5 didn't hsve cushions on the upper part of the chair. The only other complaint, I thought this was a gated community needing a code to enter or having someone on the gate, anyone can drive to the gate and it will enter upon motion.However, the overall house is beautiful, was perfect for the 6 adults and 2 children with plenty of bathrooms, and comfortable beds and the loft area upstairs was where my kids hung out when they weren't swimming in the pool.
