Originally a working farm and hunting lodge to a local aristocratic family - The Pomes - this substantial home was restored over 3 years to now offer the perfect mix of luxury, modern comfort and architectural heritage. Its simply a fantastic place for your holiday.

The villa is fully secluded (not overlooked by other properties) and set in 4.5 acres/2 hectares of landscaped grounds and olive groves, off a picturesque countryside cycle route. Arranged over 2 floors the internal space comprises 5 substantial double bedrooms - all with en-suite bathrooms (a rarity), 700 sq ft vaulted stone ceiling ground floor communal space, a hand made Neptune/SMEG professional kitchen, a separate utility/laundry room, WC and finished with modern eclectic furnishings throughout. Air Conditioning is integrated in every room and WiFi is available throughout the house.

The external aspects of the villa comprise from 2 huge terraces front and back (the rear terrace faces east for those who like to practice yoga with the sunrise) a large paved area and private pool, stone BBQ and additional seating areas around the grounds. There is also dedicated external WiFi serving the pool area.

Other amenities include Nespresso machine, ice machine, blender, juicer, Sky TV, and Netflix. The house is also securely alarmed with full external CCTV.

Finally, the property is perfectly located between town and beach - Carovigno is 5 mins by car (3.5km) and the coast is 15 minutes away (10km). The neighbouring town of Ostuni is 20 minutes away (12km)
