We are renting out the lower ground floor of our large contemporary home... Singles and couples alike will enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay in this spacious queen suite with a private entrance and full private bath! Everything you need for an overnight or an extended stay!

Location, Location, Location! Your "Ashland Apartment" is located on a secluded, tree filled property in a highly desirable neighborhood above the boulevard. Your amenities include spacious living area, wi-fi, fully stocked kitchenette (with microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, mini fridge, hot tea maker, plates and utensils.)

A second bedroom is included with the studio has a spacious built-in workstation where you can spread out and be productive.

Enjoy your 3-minute stroll to beautiful Southern Oregon University campus and the Schneider Art Museum. Or, a quick 5 minute drive to our amazing downtown Ashland Plaza, restaurants, galleries, shopping, Lithia Park and Shakespeare Theater.

Peacefully Perfect

Escaping my busy home made my stay here peacefully perfect. I was looking for a comfortable, cozy, yet not cramped stay in order to do some overdue writing. This space was exactly what I needed. Tom and Melissa were wonderful hosts. I felt instantly at home within walking distance of downtown, the park and the hills for hiking. I spent just over a month there, and wished it could have been longer! It was well appointed with room to spread out—exactly what I needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Part of what makes Ashland welcoming

Our stay in Ashland was a lovely experience from start to finish. Our apartment was clean and comfortable in every way. In addition, it was attractively furnished. Melissa and Thom provided us with helpful information and were easily reached in person when we had questions. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit to Ashland.

Great place

This was a perfect vacation unit for me with everything needed available - not to mention the beautiful setting high above the blvd. I even discovered a great nature trail not too far away. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating. I hope to use this place in my next visit. Highly recommended.
