This 3 bedroom modern beach house is located in the quiet Surfview/Deep Creek Estate and is perfect for family vacations or a short team lease.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, this property features an open plan main living with Smart TV, DVD player and CD Player, a dining area set with a dining setting for 8 as well as a fully equipped kitchen/pantry which includes and gas stove top, dishwasher and all the essential pantry items needed for a holiday or weekend away.

The property also features a main bathroom with bath and shower, ensuite with shower to accompany the master bedroom as well as a fully equipped laundry with front loader washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Other features of this property include: outdoor entertaining area with Gas BBQ, outdoor shower, 2 x Split system air conditioners and ceiling fans in each bedroom, perfect for climate control no matter the season as well as woodfire place. Wi-fi is also available.

This property is only a 5-10 minute stroll to Surf World Plaza, shops and cafes and is perfect for the whole family.

Please be advised that linen is not supplied or included in the advertised price however is available to hire through an external provider for an additional cost. Please advise our friendly staff should you wish to hire linen during your stay.

Drive to the beach but great location

We had an enjoyable stay, house is a modern, estate typical house. Everything that was needed was available from reusable shopping bags to laundry detergent, etc. Beds were comfy, there is no door on the ensuite in the master which didn’t bother us but may do some. Located a slight uphill walk to the surf outlets and local breweries.

FABULOUS TORQUAY

Firstly the property was fantastic. Had everything we needed and the welcome pack was thoroughly enjoyed. The weather was beautiful and the scenery was just as beautiful. Can't wait to make our trip to Torquay an annual event.
