Seaport Village, a south strand gem. 9 custom homes with a community pool located on the second row in Garden City Beach, SC. 2 miles south of the pier, you'll enjoy landscaped grounds, public access walkway to the ocean across the street and the 28 x 26 pool. #1465 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that accommodates 12 in 2 kings, 2 queens and a captains bunk with a trundle. No smoking allowed. This home is small dog friendly! Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.

2nd row complex of homes located just north of Marlin Quay Marina with community pool, approximate dimensions 28 x 26, and landscaped common grounds. Pool is open Easter/April 1 to September 30. Covered porches. Jacuzzi bathtub. Reverse floor plan. Approximately 2600 square feet. 2 singles are a bunk and a trundle. Gas Grill.

Phenomenal property to stay in! Exactly as advertised and the ocean was fantastic! The property management company, Dunes Rentals, is a class act. Very friendly and helpful people with any questions or issues. I will definitely will use any property they manage.

Great location

Location was great, size of house was good. It could have been cleaner. We saw the $212 pet fee and assume that is to deep clean yet the house was full of dog hair. Upstairs tub didn’t drain properly (had to plunge several times). The stovetop came on by itself at least two times one when we weren’t even home. The beds were like laying on plywood. We still managed to put all of that aside and have a great family vacation.

Relaxing vacation

Great home, great location, great bay sunset views. The rental process was excellent and all communication with agency was wonderful. The house was just far enough away from the boardwalk that it felt like a neighborhood yet close enough for shopping, gas, coffee and entertainment. Would definitely rent again.
