This beautiful 2nd floor END UNIT w/wrap around balcony beachfront condo is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation at the gulf. This one bedroom, two bath, condo is fully stocked for a wonderful time! The large master bedroom easily accommodates the king size bed with plenty of room to spare. There is a full bath attached to the master bedroom and another full bathroom down the hall. A full kitchen comes with refrigerator, dish washer, garbage disposal, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils and cooking gear you will need. There is a separate dining area and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and lots of seating. This unit has an unbelievable view of the ocean from the private "L" balcony with plenty of seating to view those gorgeous sunsets. There is a full laundry room across from the front door of the condo. The complex has a large swimming pool, a game room with pool table, shuffleboard court and tennis court and plenty of parking. Whether you enjoy laying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families....or if all adults are age 25 or older. Great location and beautiful condo.

Location is great, condo is beautiful,renovated,new and modern,. What we don't like: there were extra pillows in the closet, but with out pillowcases. The towels in the bathrooms were just piled up, also the extra blankets were piled up too, not folded and arranged in the closet, looks like housecleaners were in hurry and didn't have time to organize and put everything in place. There was probably forrgotten by the previous people ,beach children basket with goggles and it was sand on it, those things were placed on the top of the blankets in the bedroom closet. There were also fingerprints on the fridge, and we thought it was not cleaned well.

Clean , nice place

We are very happy with our stay . It was very clean except for “vents” — bathroom vents and a/c door vent . But , overall I would recommend this condo and I’m sure we will be back . Thanks!
