This reverse-living townhome is only 5 homes to the ocean and within walking distance to amusements and the best restaurants LBI has to offer. All amenities are PRIVATE, not shared. Featuring 4 bdrs, 3 full baths, a 3-stop upgraded elevator, smart home technology, and open kitchen and living area with a full stainless steel appliances with 2 wine refrigerators & hardwood floors. Outdoor features include a private yard with private heated salt water pool and a large roof deck offering views of the ocean and bay. Perfect for the summer get away or in spring and fall for a long weekend! The views from the roof deck do not disappoint. (Please note you are renting the house on right - with two garage doors). *Contact regarding pool opening

This house was perfect! Plenty of space, and clean! Steps from the beach (although we didn’t go it was a quick trip for a wedding). Paulina was a wonderful host!

Great Location

This was a spacious, attractive house in a great location. It was a block from the beach and the upper deck provided beautiful views of spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The pool was nice if a bit cool. The air conditioning on the upper level didn't seem very efficient (maybe needed servicing) but we didn't contact the owner during our stay. She was accessible and answered our texts promptly. All in all a relaxing and comfortable stay in a fabulous location!

Perfect location & basic requirements

First off you can not beat the location of this rental. 1 block to the beach. The property needs some updating, but that’s probably due to renting at the end of the summer season. The property is as advertised and has the basic requirements to enjoy your stay while there. Active communication with the owner is a plus, would like to have a bit more instruction as to certain aspect of the property so I wouldn’t have to ask as many questions. Overall a great getaway stay for me, my wife, and young son. Will hope to stay there again in the future!
