Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash dishes and put them away. If the dishwasher is still going when you leave please let me know so I can advise the cleaner to check it. Place the towels in the bathroom.
The bin corral for rubbish disposal is at the front of the property on the beach side.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to Covid19 my guests must provide photo ID and contact details for next of kin or close friend before receiving the code for access.
Strictly NO DRUG ACTIVITY, NO DRUG USE or DRUG PARAPHERNALIA is permitted in our Apartments.

A great spot!

Shelley's property was excellent. Great location, very well equipped, and extremely clean. I would have no hesitation in staying there anytime.

Cosy and quiet

The appartment was very clean when arrived. Position of bed is perfect to feel all tucked away and cosy. Very well stocked. Little block of appartments are so pretty and so close to everything. Shelley the host was amazing and fast with response even tho overseas at the time, so friendly and accomidation. Free nbn is a bonus. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again

St kilda

Clean unit comfortable bed close to hotels 🏨 and trams good area. and was also entertained by a 20 year old running 🏃‍♀️ down Fitzroy street with out a stitch on till he was picked up by the boys in blue.
