North Dallas 2 Bedroom 2.5 bath Condo near Addison,TX

Recently renovated 2Bedroom 2.5 Bath condo in North Dallas very near to Addison, TX attractions, Galleria Mall, and major highways. The condo has two large bedroom on its upstairs floor—each room has its own private bathroom. Each room has a queen bed. There is a couch in living room for an extra guest, if needed. The first floor has a a fully equipped kitchen, Landry room, dining room that seats six, a large living room and 1/2 bathroom. You will access the property via a keyless entry code for which will be provided on the day of your arrival.

There are two parking spaces available. Extra visitor parking is available on site (they will be marked in black/yellow stencil).

Gas fireplace is not accessible—please don’t attempt to turn it on (it’s turned off)

Host is reachable at anytime— please let me know if you have any other requests or concerns.


House Rules

- No Housekeeping during your stay
- No Pets
-No smoking if any kind including vaping.
- The thermostats are locked for AC 72 downstairs and 72 upstairs. Heat 68 downstairs and 70 upstairs. Please make sure you’re comfortable with these settings as they are not adjustable.

- No loud music, parties, celebratory large groups (due to Covid-19 I try to keep a safe environment for my guests as well as my neighbors). A violation of this house rule will result of immediate eviction without refund. There is outside monitoring of people entering the premise

- If you choose to drink adult beverages, please do so inside the condo and/or out on balcony. Please don’t drink out on the parking lot, by neighbors doorstep/window and don’t leave behind opens bottles on lawn. $250 littering fee will be imposed if this occurs and will be asked to leave the premise immediately without refund. I respect my neighbors privacy and comfort ability and comply with any HOA guidelines.
