About this property

This is a new 2020 home that is 4 bedrooms 3 full bathrooms. Ranch style home with garage. Outdoor lounging area, king bed in master and queen beds in remaining rooms. This is a super convenient location being 5 -6 minutes from the Augusta National and Washington Road! This is our brand new home but we would love to share it with you for one week out of the year!

Natural Gas appliances, please make sure to turn off when done. Do not use Fire Pit under patio over hang, it will melt vinyl. No Smoking in the home

Perfect accommodation for your Masters experience

Great property with great location to Augusta National, nice quite neighborhood with quick access to I20, if I’m lucky enough to get tickets again I’ll book this house instantly!

My wife and I built this home in April of 2020. Born and raised in North Augusta. I work in the automotive industry and my wife is a RN. We love our animals and spending time at the beach and lake soaking up the sun.
