A 2 bedroom, 2 baths, sleeps 6 one car garage, duplex style unit, 990 sq. ft. Screened porch has been converted to an additional room with air conditioner with a full pull out couch . Outdoor furniture and gas grill/ Wi-fi .A/C, all major appliances including washer & dryer. This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, 65" Smart Flat Screen TV with WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.

This Casita has an open living area that has plenty of space and seating for family or group gathering. This living room has a flat screen TV for group gathering or to sit around and watch family movies.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed with 40"Roku Smart flat screen TV for nighttime viewing. and comes with a full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one Full bed with a trundle and a full bathroom in the hallway

The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 2 heated pools( one pool is located by the club house and the 2nd pool is located in the community), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant than is open from 8 am to 8 pm and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Great place, loved the safety of the community. It was in a great location, easy to find, and had plenty of room for our family. Beautiful decor and all amenities were included.

Great location and comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving but as a fellow VRBO owner, I have feedback for the owner’s and since this property is managed by a company, this is the only way to let them know. I gave you a 5-star because I know how important that is, and if I wasn’t a picky VRBO owner it would be. The property manager was slow to respond when we booked the property and didn’t quickly reply when there were some questions or issues. Otherwise, they were decent. The kitchen was not “stocked” well. No regular drinking glasses. A VERY SMALL set of pots and we were cooking for Thanksgiving. You need an extra skillet, a large stock pot and a couple of pyrex casserole dishes. Luckily my sister lives in Laguna Vista and I was able to borrow from her. I suggest you add a few more utensils to the kitchen, drinking glasses (not plastic Ninja cups) and clean inside the drawers and pantry. There weren't any dishtowels and hardly any dish soap. No hand soaps nor body soaps in the bathrooms and only 5 bathtowels in the rental. When we asked Property manager about these, she said it was usually a long term rental so they do not supply these. That should be listed in the property listing. Everything else was perfect, though. The neighborhood was serene and the neighbors at the heated pools were friendly. We loved having a heated pool in November. Having access to the Garage and the 2 cruiser bikes was fun as we enjoyed riding around the neighborhood. The outdoor screened in porch was wonderful in the mornings for coffee and reading time. Thank you. We will stay in this property again if you stock the kitchen better. Please let us know as we usually come visit family at the holidays and we like to cook when on vacation.
