Welcome to South Palmway House! This private pool home offers everything you need for your getaway, with a new pool and patio decking, connected flatscreens in every room, marble countertops, and plenty of lounging options. Clean and modern spaces are designed for form and function.

The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized memory foam mattress and huge 65” Netflix and cable-connected TV. Spacious guest bedrooms offer plenty of lodging accommodations, while the outdoor area is nothing short of a Florida haven!

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, grilling, or hosting gatherings, and the covered pergola with outdoor connected TV is the perfect way to wind down a long day in the Florida sun.

Located a block from the intracoastal in quaint Lake Worth Beach, you can enjoy a sightseeing walk or bike ride through our historic neighborhood, take the kayaks on the water, or make the five minute drive to our public beach and downtown!

I was born and raised in South Florida. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) I laid my roots down permanently in Lake Worth Beach in 2014. Since then, life has changed, and I've found myself wanting to share my remarkable home with the world. I am a marketing director and marketing agency owner. I am close by and know Lake Worth Beach like the back of my hand, so don't be shy! I'm a total extrovert that loves meeting new people, and over-delivering on the guest experience.

Why they chose this property

South Palmway House has been my home for many years. I designed the remodel, built the pool, the pergola, and the backyard myself, and put the personal touch on every detail throughout the home. My goal was to make my home feel like a hotel, and that it does. I'm a local art collector, so you'll find many pieces around the house, including my own original work! In 2020, I decided to move elsewhere to share my beautiful home full-time as a vacation rental for all to enjoy. I hope you love my home as much as I do!

What makes this property unique

The photos say it all! This home was designed as a private, tropical oasis. Lounge on the sun deck as you listen to and watch the cardinals and bluejays frolic in the backyard. Pop on your favorite binge-worthy streaming series and relax under the stars. Throw the football in the back yard. Enjoy the barbecue, the native plants and fruit trees, and the fragrances from the organic garden/compost. Make memories that will last a lifetime!
