Kick back on our relaxing leather sofa and catch up on your favorite series with complimentary Netflix on the 55” flat screen. Take up the dining room table as your office away from home, flip through a Kansas magazine, or maybe even challenge another guest to a poker game! "Best in Show"

Our 6th stay here. Won't come to Pratt to visit daughter unless this place is available. It is always immaculately clean. I don't know how they do it. We want to make our place a VRBO and have Joley and Halely take care of it!! Also better stocked than our own house!

Great place. For out birdhunt

Enjoyed our week here. Accommodations were perfect for our home base on our upland hunt. The host allowed our dogs to stay indoors with us which was very much appreciated. The house is an older home that is very well kept and everything was clean. Hardwood or vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen was very welll furnished. Beds were comfortable.

Pratt Perfection

This was our 5th stay. The house is immaculate every time. The place is better appointed than our own home. Very convenient to downtown. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Pratt. Great value. Our daughter now lives in Pratt so we visit frequently. We won't come unless this place is available.

Best way to stay during time we spent in pratt!

When we arrived the property was very clean and easy to get into after driving all night. Will definitely use again if traveling back to Pratt.
