Silver Star Accommodation - Berkers Suite A

This pet friendly suite is located within a private 3 storey home in Silver Star on the Upper Knoll Residential area. The 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom suite features all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, a cozy living room with an electric fireplace. Enjoy the large private deck with a private hot tub (available only in the Winter Season) and a BBQ after a day of fun on the trails.

Ski In: Access is only seven houses away from the Silver Queen Chair lift.

Ski Out: Easy and convenient access for Cross Country skiing directly at the back of the property.

The Berkers Suite is perfect for summer stays too! You can access the hiking and biking trails directly from the back of the house. A bike lock up is also available free of charge.

Distance to Silver Star Village: Approximately 15 minute walk or you can also take the complimentary village shuttle bus which stops every 30 minutes at the base of the property's driveway (Please note that this service is available during the ski season only).

Parking space: One vehicle on the right and side of the driveway

Short skiing holiday

Comfortable, small apartment with lovely views. Radiant floor heating is a bonus and makes the space cozy. A little distance from the village (15 min walk) and short walks to ski in and ski out.

Disappointing

We were disappointed that what you described as a middle floor suite was a lower-level suite. We would not have booked lower-level. The rug in the living room was quite dirty. I tried to vacuum it, but the vacuum supplied was just a tiny sweeper for non-carpeted floors and didn't work well for that either. The shower curtain was horribly moldy and too short allowing water to drain out onto the floor and thus has completely rotted the moulding trim board located where the tub meets the floor. The heat in one bedroom did not function. You supplied a portable heater which did help, but hope you actually get the thermostat-controlled heat to work. The hot tub on the middle floor deck was clean, warm and terrific. We appreciate that you are pet friendly and it was nice and quiet. We walked to Silver Queen which was a bit further than we expected but not bad at all. The skiing was excellent.
