Tastefully furnished and thoughtfully presented, Milpara offers a spacious modern open plan home with two living areas and wood fires plus a dining area with views across the dam to the mountains.

Featuring five (5) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms all of which are heated and air-conditioned along with internet provided and spaces for setting an office on the go; making this a perfect all year-round choice.

There is a full kitchen with all the mod cons, laundry facilities, drying room for ski or bike gear and lots of space to spread out. This property is ideal for a large or extended family or groups looking to explaore the district as it boasts ample space.

Situated a short drive to Mt Buller Gates it is a convenient Snow Holiday location or for those warm summer months a short drive to Lake Eildon and the mountain rivers and streams.

Amazing stay
Unfortunately, a storm damaged the Milpara house just prior to our arrival, but we were luckily able to stay at a different house that surpassed all our expectations. Thank you to the team for making it so easy and great for us, during what was no doubt a really stressful time. We had a wonderful stay and were really grateful for the generosity and the beautiful house we got to enjoy - thank you!

Peaceful and relaxing
Such a lovely place and so cozy to just relax and read a book when it’s cold out. Place was tidy and fully equipped with everything we needed, fireplace was also amazing at heating the house. Will definitly be staying again!

Absolutely Breathtaking
With total privacy and the sceneries that would die for, Melpara is the place to be for holiday to regenerate and revitalise. 11 of us stayed at Melpara for a week and everything you need is provided for extremely comfortable stay. It was abundance of room for kids to run around and adults to chill out separately. It was only 10 mins from the town but you wold feel like you are in middle of nowhere. Highly recommend it and already looking forward to stay at Milapara sometime in the future again.

A wonderful getaway!
We loved Milpara so much! The views were nothing short of spectacular and we loved watching and listening to all the different animals. We were two families and each had our own wing of the property which was wonderful and there was lots of spaces to gather and for the kids to be out of our hair!! It was very hard to leave, we’ll be back for sure.

Views to die for!
I stayed at Milpara farm over the New Year break with my family and some friends. Everyone was just blown away by the lovely big house and spectacular views over the surrounding countryside and mountains. We all had such a relaxing, enjoyable time and didn’t really feel the need to go out much, as we had everything we wanted right there. The kids loved the animals and open spaces, and there was plenty of space inside and out for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!
