HOUSE RULES
• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, including children
• No invited Guests are allowed
• To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
• No smoking
• No pets
• Minimum age to rent is 21
• Check in begins 4:00pm, check out is 11am
• No noise after 11:00pm

CANCELLATION TERMS:
• Bookings canceled at least 30 days before arrival date will receive 100% refund.
• Bookings canceled at least 15 days before arrival date, non refundable down payment .
• Bookings canceled within 14 days before arrival date will not receive a refund.
• Bookings for dates in holiday season (Christmas & New Years) will not receive a refund.
• For Monthly reservations: There is a cancelation fee of $ 500 dlls for reservations canceled up to 60 days prior to check-in date. Reservations canceled within 60 days of the check-in date, will not receive a refund.

Enjoy snorkeling, Deep sea diving, and amazing surf. (In Winter, the waves are high enough to enjoy this sport) Fishing is one of the main activities in la Cruz. Enjoy a Good catch of the day, this includes Tuna, Marlin, Mahi Mahi, and more! Visit la Cruz de Haunacaxtle fish market if you don’t feel up for a boat trip, you will find everything fresh and ready.
La Cruz is very close to Punta Mita so if this is one beach you intend to visit and need al little shopping spree, you will find a great variety of shops there.
