Protaras Villa 1515 is beachfront villa located in a prestigious and quiet area right next to the famous Sirina Bay, a relatively secret spot favoured mostly by the local tourists.



This child friendly, 4 bedroom villa features a large private, mature and lawn covered garden ideal for sunbathing and relaxation and just a few steps from the beach. Protaras Villa 1515 offers ample outside furniture both for dinning and sunbathing as well as a fully equipped BBQ.



The ground floors is an open plan living room area that opens up to the front garden and is complete with comfortable sofas, dinning table and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table as well as a guest WC.



The upper floor features the 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom offers en-suite shower, a large double bed and beautiful sea views. The second bedroom also with a large double bed and similar sea views, the third bedroom is also double while the fourth offers two large single beds.



Protaras Villa 1515 is fully equipped and furnished to highest standards, fully air-conditioned and offers free private high speed internet and satellite TV with both Russian as well as English Speaking channels.

There is a new coastal walkway that has been built linking Central Protaras with Pernera. The walk is beautiful and flat making it very accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little secret restaurants/cafes where you can stop for breakfast/coffee on ones morning walk or for sundowners/dinner in the evening.
