Minutes away you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Home away from home

This is our second time staying at this home and probably not our last. We really enjoy this location and the overall layout and style of the home. The home is kid friendly and has everything we need. We also enjoyed the new hot tub!

Wonderful property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great visit. The great room has doors to close it off for extra privacy from the bedrooms. We had an issue with the hot tub and it was fixed right away. We golfed twice, and ate at the restaurant several times. Everything was great!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location but company unwilling to work with you on small party making small impact. Cleaning fees almost as much as the rental. As a returning client and someone who booked less than two days out company only offered 60 dollars off. Pool was under Reno and not available but rates stayed the same. Lots of automated messages from ledges but when I texted a real question about late checkout no one replied.
