The Space:
Step into a cozy apartment with a huge window for an abundance of light. Watch some TV as you relax on the comfortable couch. There's a desk with a mirror right on the wall beside the TV.

The bed has a super comfortable mattress with fresh hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom is complete with white fluffy towels provided for the guests as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion ensuring a comfortable stay.

There is a complete set of appliances, cookware, and others for you to use in cooking in the kitchen. There's a coffee maker and a toaster for your morning coffee and toasts.

Have your meals on the cozy dining table that can sit four, making it more spacious for you and your companion.

Guest Access:
Full access to the gym and rooftop pool. Parking available on request.

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. Over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings so you are definitely in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, running track, coffee shops, and more.

If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 1 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within JLT. The Damac Properties metro station is only a 7-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

**We would like to notify you that the cleaning of the domestic water tank within the building is scheduled to take place from January 8th, 2024, to January 9th, 2024. As a result, there will be water interruption from January 9-10, 2024 at 10:00pm until 6:00am (Tuesday night-Wednesday morning). Occupants are kindly requested to prepare for this situation and make alternative arrangements if you require the use of water during this period.
NOTE: Due to high chlorine content, please do not use initial water and flush it for 5-10 minutes.
