About this property

We invite you to stay an our 5 bedroom and 4 1/2 bath villa with a private Hot Tube.
Our villas west facing corner lot allows optimal sunshine everyday of the year. Enhancements in the pool area include a hot tub, privacy screens and child pool safety gates. Loungers and a patio dining set complete the perfect environment to relax for the day or after spending time at the local attractions. Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $35/day.

Guest who stay at our villa have access to the multimillion dollar Oasis Club. The facility includes a resort style pool with lazy river, children's splash pad, water slides, Tiki bar, fitness center, theater room and Oasis Bar and Grill. The club is a six minute walk or shorter if driving and parking in available lot. The community also has two golf course on the property.

Downstairs begins with a Queen Suite with access to the pool deck from the bathroom. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters and breakfast bar. Both regular and Keurig coffee makers are provided. Dining room is connected to kitchen and has a large table to enjoy your favorite meals together. The living room offers a large couch and Cable TV.
Laundry and game room are also on the first floor along with a half bath. Game room has a pool and air hockey tables.

Upstairs has a loft area with a couch and TV and makes a great bonus space to spend time with family and friends. Upstairs bedrooms start with a large King Suite with granite counters and soaker tub. There is also a Queen bedroom with a private bath. Two Disney themed rooms with two Twin beds in each room and a shared bath complete the upstairs space.
If traveling with a group we have a second villa around the corner.

Cockroach poisoning

There were 4 cockroach baits in the garage literally 2 feet from a doll house my daughter was playing with. There was cockroach treatment residue all over the kitchen and kitchen supplies. I had to wash everything. Now I am sick and the symptoms match up exactly to cockroach treatment exposure. I contacted vrbo and the home owner and didn’t get a response from vrbo and got a response 3 days later from the home owner. He didn’t address any of my concerns. I talked to the property manager Michelle and she told me that the home owner has his own pest control company and must have had them come out after the house was cleaned. I want a full refund!

Do not stay here

We booked this condo and when we arrived the air for the down stairs did not work. I immediately called and was told someone would be out the next day. Someone came out the next day but needed to order a part and it ended up being fixed sometime the following Monday and we checked in on the Friday before. I was told by Mike Dennis that we would receive a compensation for it not working. I have messaged him and he has yet to respond about that. This property is owned by Florida Sunbright and they own many places in the Florida area so make sure to do research before. This house also had roaches and I mean the small dirty ones. For the price we spent on this place it was not worth it at all. Beware before you book!
