The Farmhouse is a furnished 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom house (2 persons) with a den, forced air/heating and back patio with a barbeque.. There is an enclosed front yard for a dog.. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house. Pet fee $50 ( see Bedroom details for additional animal policy).
The Farmhouse is rented long term for approximately $2775/month ($92/night) which includes trash, gas and electric(owner to pay first $50/month/utility with balance by tenant), phone, satellite tv, internet, Wi-Fi (basic- tenants can upgrade), outside maintenance, water and garage with washer and dryer.
Cleaning fee of $150.
Located on the west side of Paso Robles off Highway 46.
Surrounded by Wineries and Vineyards along with the beautiful countryside of Paso Robles. 5 miles from down town Paso Robles and 17 to the beaches.

The Farmhouse is a gem

The home is comfortable, everything functions well. John was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly if needed. WiFi worked reliably. Very close to several great wineries and lots of food choices in Paso Robles and Templeton.

Great Stay in Wine Country

The Farmhouse was an excellent get-away for a week. Near Morro Bay, Paso, and Atascadero, it's surrounded by vineyards, trees, and wildlife. We enjoyed watching quail in the back yard and deer in the fields. The house was spacious and had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We'd definitely go back!

Terrific Getaway!

Excellent location and the house couldn't be more comfortable! Morning coffee while gazing at hillside vines from the yard was simply relaxing. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful surroundings in a great location

John was quick to respond, helpful, accommodating and welcoming. Beautiful vineyards to one side and rolling oaks hills to the other. Walking distance to wineries
