Modern self contained apartment with beautiful views over Pittwater.

Visit us on the fabulous northern beaches of Sydney, 1 hour from the CBD but a world away from your everyday.

We take great care to provide you with an excellent standard of amenities, comfort and cleanliness, in which we, our family and friends, would be happy to stay and return, year after year.

We offer a stylish unit in a relaxed setting with stunning views over Pittwater.

There is readily available on-street parking a separate entrance, private balcony and large outdoor area, in addition to the pool area. You will have room to move with a generous bedroom, plenty of storage, separate toilet, large modern bathroom and fully equipped contemporary Caesar-stone kitchen. The living area and bedroom have beautiful views and natural light and the living area opens onto a sunny balcony perfect for breakfast. Just to let you know there are 12 steps to the unit and 12 steps to the pool.

Watch the yacht races and seaplanes on the Pittwater. Cool off in the pool, or a 5 min drive will have you at a nearby fine sand beach, or gourmet restaurant. We are on the northern end of the beaches - Monavale beach, Newport Beach, Bilgola beach, Bungan beach, Avalon beach and Palm Beach (where Home and Away is filmed).

Our local amenities include cafes, 7 day supermarket and bottle shop, all within walking distance. We are close to public transport and the B1 express bus from Monavale to the City.

The northern beaches are great for exploring, bushwalking, aboriginal carvings, wartime history, sailing, bbqs, fishing, swimming, standup paddle boarding or kayaking. We are a short drive to both surf and quiet beaches, shopping villages, local markets, foody districts, restaurants, clubs, cafes and live music venues.

There are many scenic golf courses, national parks and, of course yacht clubs, sailing and water-sports.

Ferries operate on the Pittwater between Scotland Island, Palm Beach, the Basin and Ettalong or spoil yourself and take a water taxi or hire a self drive boat to a secluded beach.

Lovely getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Beautiful views, clean, and close to many beaches and hiking trails. The hosts were also very responsive to messages and provided all the information we needed.

Holiday weekend

Fantastic modern property! Easy to get to and well appointed. The hosts even left treats! We had several interactions with the host s and found them to be very responsive. And the view from the balcony, spectacular! If opportunity presents, we will definitely be back.

A Home Away from Home!

Had absolutely everything you need, all the comforts of home. Suzanne was very helpful and only a text message away. The feeling of privacy was well kept with a private pool, quiet neighbours and a view of Scotland Island. 5/5 could not fault, will be back again soon!

An Idyllic Get-Away

Peter and Suzanne's 1-bedroom property is a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is well-stocked with essentials, it's immaculately clean, it has access to a beautiful pool, and it has a deck with incredible views. We appreciated the welcome basket with some fruit, eggs, and vegetables as well as tea and bread. Peter and Suzanne are terrific hosts. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it for two extra days!

Plateau Paradise

One of those properties where the pictures don't quite do justice! We had the pleasure of being the first guests at Peter and Suzanne's. The flat is newly renovated throughout and has a lovely outlook over Pittwater. There is access to the balcony and a large pool, which are shared with the main house but still feel private. Peter and Suzanne were very warm and welcoming hosts, and very attentive to our needs. Would happily stay again!

Absolutely enjoyable. Weather was crap, but Peter and Susanne made us feel extremely welcome. Property is great, and we would love to return in better weather to enjoy the pool and outdoor entertainment area. Close to family - we will return.

A comfortable stay

Comfy bed. Great pool with fairly easy access. A hand rail to get in and out of the pool would be an improvement. Kitchen cooking pans need to be non stick. Microwave nt working. Kettle needs repair. I think unit better for a short stay rather than a month as no vacuum cleaner or spare sheets.

Nice home away from home

We stayed in this place for nearly two months when we needed short-term accommodation during renovation. This is a little hidden oasis. Just one hour away from Sydney, this place does feel like a holiday spot in a completely different part of the world. The apartment was clean and well-equiped with thoughtful touches throughout. Peter and Suzanne are friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The view from the balcony is stunny. A short drive away from the local beaches and to Newpart Beach and Avalon Beach for shopping. The neighborhood is safe and quiet (with abundant friendly birds) but do keep in mind that you need a car to get around here.

Beautiful property with great views

The property was lovely and as described. We really enjoyed the ability to use the pool and balcony which still felt like your own private space, and having a full kitchen was great. Beautiful views still made it feel like you were on holiday even though you were a short drive to main beaches. Peter and Suzanne were helpful and friendly hosts. The main thing we would have liked to improve was the bed - it is quite a squeaky metal frame and this disturbed our sleep. Even rolling over made a noticeable sound. The decorative light in the main room also hangs quite low and we hit our heads on it a few times (and we aren’t super tall) - not a major issue but it could be something more practical.

A very clean, spacious and well equipped unit. I loved the little touches - a candle, chocolates by the bed. The verandah is pleasant with views of Pittwater - the pool is great. A very comfortable stay.

Friendly owners.

Inside was very clean. Outdoor areas and windows looking out to the views needed cleaning and fly screen in the living room was torn and needs replacing. Desperately need to put a slide in door out to the balcony. To access balcony you have to go out the front door, go down a flight of stairs, open a door and go up a flight of stairs. If the couch in the TV area was moved against the opposite wall, you would be looking over Pittwater. Comfortable double bed, great bathroom and kitchen. The owners were friendly. We appreciated an early check in.

A holiday in the Northern Beaches

We stayed in the apartment for a week's holiday in the Northern Beaches. It was in a beautiful, well kept street. It was close to everything: Palm Beach, Avalon shops, "The Newport" pub...to name a few. The apartment had a great view of Pittwater which lived up to the picture in the listing of the property on Stayz. The was a balcony where we had drinks of an evening watching the sun set over Pittwater and behind the headland. There was a great kitchen with a few treats provided by the owners. The bedroom was comfortable but the bed could have had a thicker mattress, although it was adaquate. I would stay there again. Thank you Peter and Suzanne
