308S.

When I arrived, there wasn't any 2nd key or FOB. The bedding which got changed on my 5th day looked shabby. Whoever cleaned didn't do a great job, there was fuzz on the floor, there was a cashew nut on the floor, the inside of the refrigerator had a smell and the venetian blinds for the outside door was broken, however it was attended to during my stay.

Not Clean and Construction

The property was nice until you had to park in a church parking lot where you car came back filthy, but not as filthy as the condo. The shower had a clog so you had to shower in standing water, the toilet kept running all hours of the night, the washer had mold all around the rubber ring, the furniture had dog hair, and the cabinets were disgusting. The parking garage and pool was suppose to be done by May, but it looks like no one worked on either the entire month I was there.
