Modern and perhaps a bit manly, located upstairs in the Main House with one Queen Bed and a Private Bathroom with all the amenities to make for a quiet escape.

This room comes with 2 different Price Rates! One With Breakfast or Without Breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8:30am-9:00am Let the Innkeeper know by 4pm on the day of your check-in if you desire breakfast. Complimentary coffee is available in the kitchen.

Call to see if available for your desired dates. Refrigerator access downstairs in the kitchen, and ice upon request. Laundry facility is on the propter and detached from the main house. Please eat all food in the dining areas.

Great quiet and relaxing location

My stay was for work purposes, I was was happy to find available accommodations at live oak b&b after I was unable to find adequate accommodations anywhere else in town.
