It was good. No problems. The bathrooms are a little oddly placed but doable. Overall good would use again.

Clean & Great location

The location of this house is great, close to everything. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. They even had extra trash bags, paper towel & toilet paper, some places do not. Easy check in and responsive. There were horses & bulls right out the door, you never heard them and there was no smells. If you didn't see them you would never know. Going thru the bedrooms to get to the bathrooms was not ideal but we made it work. Very quiet area, we would stay again.

Cozy, home away from home!

This location and facility was perfect! We stayed with our horses here for an Equine event. It was so nice to have house to lay our heads down at and showers that we don't have to hurry through like living quarters trailer showers! The house and bedrooms were perfect! Couldn't ask for better. The horses were right out our door for easy access to them and quick mid night checks on them. Fans are installed in each horse area for the warmer months, close water, and even a little turn out area if needed. Easy in and out with the horse trailer and right off the interstate of you just need an overnight stop. Thanks so much for being a great host!
