This appealing, sun-filled property is located at the quiet edge of town, set peacefully amid trees and birds and with wonderful views over the Otway foothills. It will comfortably accommodate 6. The beach, shops and restaurants are just a 10-minute stroll away. Enjoy a BBQ on your large deck or spend tranquil evenings with friends watching the sunset, and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf at night. Close by are an indoor heated pool, tennis courts and a school playground.

Comfortable abode in a great location

The property is very spacious, with a large living area. The kitchen is well-appointed, and the patio is a wonderful spot to watch the sun go down (with G&T in hand). The shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away, so all is very convenient. One of the neighbours feeds the cockatoos every day, so best not to park under the large tree.
