Scheduling Conflict
Hi, I can't properly give this location a review since there was a mishap with our reservation. Once we checked in and headed to the property, we received a call from the Big Bear Vacation manager to return to the check-in office for them to tell us there are other guests still in the property that we reserved. Although it was unfortunate we couldn't stay at the original location we intended, Brandi was super helpful to figure out other accommodations for us. It wasn't ideally what we had in mind and there were issues with the lockbox/key being opened and empty, we had to wait 30 minutes for assistance from the office to come to provide a key to the next property. Nonetheless, the next property provided was clean and homey. It was unfortunate that our group had to split up and walk to the 2nd property nearby to start/end our nights. The properties we did get to stay at had a lovely location near the tubing site and parking on the property was convenient.
Stayed 2 nights in Dec 2021

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.
