NEW CLEANING SERVICE NEEDED

Check in was quick and easy. We were not pleased with the cleanliness. The unit was in need of a deep clean due to thick layer of dust on decorations, vents, blinds and even wallpaper in some areas. There was debris under beds and dressers suggesting that unit was not cleaned between rentals. This was reported through email to rental company with no reply. Feel a partial refund is due because of situation.
