Newly renovated clean and tidy Stand alone Self Contained 1 bedroom studio in the heart of Lennox Head. You can smell the salty air, hear the waves crashing on Lennox Head point and see the Hang gliders flying on the ridge from the bedroom window.
1 Bedroom with ensuite, separate lounge room has pull out sofa bed for extra guests. Air conditioned, well equiped Kitchen with convection microwave and electric frypan, Gas stove, full size fridge/Freezer, TV, (Free Apple TV, Netflix, Internet) , front loader Washing machine.
15 min walk to Lennox Head Beach.
14min walk to the new Woolworths shopping centre up around the corner.
2 minutes walk to community gardens.
25min drive from Byron Bay.

Quiet part of town, Not a party place. Smoking allowed outside in the garden. No Pets.

Perfect for a quiet and romantic couples getaway, Great neighbourhood, easy parking, walking distance to Lennox Head Beach, Cafes, Restaurants, Pub & Shopping Centre. Just a 3 min drive to the tea tree Lake Ainsworth and Lennox Head Surf Club. Byron is just 23min drive north and Ballina is just 13 minutes drive south

What makes this property unique

Silkwood Cottage is decorated in a light and easy Hampton style decor with a good sized seperate bedroom with Plantation shutters looking out onto a large open field. The Cottage is air conditioned and includes an open plan lounge room and kitchen complete with fridge, gas cooktop and convection microwave oven. The seperate bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite. The back yard is flat with manicured lawns and comfortably shaded in the late afternoon making it ideal for afternoon drinks and relaxing.
