They are spread amongst the different levels, each equipped with a private bathroom to offer the highest level of convenience. But the heart of our home lies in its open concept living space. By day it is a spacious lounge area, perfect for relaxation and get-togethers. As evening falls, it transforms into a thrilling Karaoke lounge complete with a state-of-the-art sound system. Sing your heart out and create memories that will last a lifetime! Adjacent is an impressive chef's kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and a Keurig Coffee machine to cater to all your culinary needs. As our privileged guest, you will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the roof-deck, kitchen, game room, a secure parking space inside the garage, and plentiful street parking. Before your stay, we will send you check-in instructions, including a unique code for keyless entry via our Smart Lock.

The Neighborhood:
This beautiful home is down the street from Nashville’s famous Hattie B’s and the brand new L&L Market where you can grab delicious milk shakes or do some shopping.

Getting Around:
Our place is a short Uber and Lyft ride to get get anywhere in Nashville.

Just a $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Quick ride to BNA Airport, and only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf!!!
