Summary:
Enjoy the historic charm of this fully renovated Norwood home. We have a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom and are one mile to Top Golf, close to downtown Birmingham's eateries, entertainment, and shopping. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining room is fit for entertaining. The bathroom features modern touches, and the bedrooms provide plenty of space. Pets are welcome with a fee!

The Space:
Guests will climb a handful of stairs to get to the front door and will enter the house using a digital keypad. Left from the front door is the living room. Straight ahead of the front door is the dining room. To the right is a hallway that will take you to a full bathroom, the master bedroom with a king bed, and the second bedroom with two twin beds.

From the dining room, straight ahead leads to a second hallway to the laundry area, kitchen, and bedroom number three with a queen bed.
From the kitchen, straight ahead takes you to the patio with an outdoor 4-seater table and a BBQ grill.

Prohibited Areas: Under the house & the railroad tracks behind the home.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the full house! The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code 24 hours upon check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is in the historic Norwood district and conveniently located with easy access to major highways and interstates!

Getting Around:
There is driveway and street parking available for personal driving, along with Uber and Lyft in the area.

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a military family, so are frequently moving and on the go. We enjoy being able to give guests privacy, but know that we are always a quick phone call or message away!

Nice but noisy!!!
Nice property but lacks most typical amenities like dish soap, sponges, hot pads, any type of spices. The train rattles the entire house and blows horn for long periods every 30 minutes all night long tracks are right off the back yard.

Clean House, quiet area
Overall it was a quiet, clean house. Easy access via Uber to DT. Was told by locals the area was a bit rough but we never felt unsafe.

Which will take you to a full bathroom with a shower and tub.

Master Bedroom has 1 King Bed, 2 end tables, 2 usb lamps, 2 luggage racks,
