'Bel's Old Bar'

This spacious 2 bedroom unit is all you can ask for to have a great
holiday.
Only a short walk to Old Bar Beach and a good stroll to Flow's
Restaurant.

It has been renovated and very tastefully furnished.

The appliances are all new and awaiting you to come and relax.

There is a Nespresso Coffee machine, use this to enjoy your
morning coffee sitting on the bedroom deck looking at the ocean.

This unit is the last one of the complex, which means solitude.

I am sorry but the garage is not for use

Hygiene of the property could not be any worse,I dont understand the other reviews saying it’s clean

As soon as I arrived and saw how dirty the entrance was, that being the cobwebs at the front door and windows, as well as the dusty fly screen, I suspected that the inside of the house would be just as dirty. And it was exactly like that! Quite a mess. I went to the local store to grab some cleaning supplies because the inside of the house was filthy. The kitchen had disgusting utensils, cups, fry pans, plates, all stained and greasy. Flyscreens were so dirty you couldn't see through them. The toilets and laundry had mould in the washing machine and bathroom. Chunks of dust were falling off the fans onto the beds we were sleeping on! (More on the Google Review mentioned below). The owner claimed it was cleaned recently, but it looked like no cleaner had been there for years. I wish I could show you pictures so you could see it with your own eyes! (I have multiple pictures and videos but I don’t have an option to attach them here, I made a Google review on the hosts Google page, search MidCoast Holiday Rentals you’ll find them there). I messaged the property manager (Raelie S.) and complained about how dirty it is and asked for a partial refund, she told me that I complained too late?? and that I am not eligible for a refund, she only offered me a 10% discount for my next booking. There definitely won’t be a next booking! I don’t understand the other 3 reviews that rate this property as 4 or 5 stars clean, it definitely is not!
