This modern Scandinavian house is one of 24 single family homes in the North End Park Community managed by Vesper Resorts! The house boasts 10 foot ceilings and upgraded countertops, cabinetry, appliances, & furnishings. It's central location and close proximity to I-85 makes it perfect for vacationers & business travelers alike. Just 10 minutes to Center City and 5 minutes to the NoDa Arts District. Plus the house is adjacent to the 73 acre Sugaw Creek Park!

Southwestern interior decor with an open floor plan downstairs. Smart TVs in main family room and 3 of the bedrooms. The home has a master suite on the first floor and a master suite upstairs also with 2 additional bedrooms!

- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- We live a few houses down so we are available, if needed!
- We maintain a safe & pleasant neighborhood with onsite security.
- Our home can only accommodate the number of guests shown in the listing details, no additional guests permitted.

great home

This home was exactly as listed- perfect for our group of friends. It was perfectly clean, has basic needs provided such as paper towels, dishes, and soap, and was in an easy location to go anywhere in the Charlotte area. Would definitely stay here again.

Not dog friendly at all!!!

This place was listed as dog friendly and was definitely not the case. I had a horrible time staying here and there was always parties happening in neighboring houses by the same host. Really bad part of town! And the hostess were extremely rude and money hungry. They tried to put a plumbing issue on us that we had nothing to do with. Do not recommend!!!

I always enjoy my stay with one of Cindy’s properties. She’s very understanding and has great communication. The house is always like you see on the pictures, beautiful. Overall it was a great stay, it’s very spacious.
