Tannery Creek #5 is conveniently located in Petoskey along the beach adjacent to the Petoskey State Park. Condo is on the second level so the views are amazing! You will find your Primary bedroom with shared bath on the main level with guest bedroom, bath and loft another level upstairs! Open living room, dining, kitchen area with fireplace and small deck.

Just steps away from a private association beach and outdoor pool. Don’t forget to bring your bikes to hop on the Little Traverse Wheelway located out your front door!

Great Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in a good location and in overall good condition. Nice pool deck. I would not recommend staying here unless the water problem is resolved. All water has a very strong sulfur presence. You smell like rotten eggs after taking a shower.

My Petoskey 90 Day Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Charming property however, they have a major water issue. The Hot water smelled very bad( rotten eggs), and the cold water was brownish(the toilet tank was utterly brown). I called the management twice, and they claim that the water is safe, but not much can be done. I did not feel comfortable cooking, brushing my teeth, or drinking water.

Great location, beautiful view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Tannery Creek. The inside space was generous with two bedrooms and dining table for 6 but only room for 2 people on the outside deck. Wish we had a grill but area restaurants filled the bill for dinners. Kitchen was stocked for basic needs. Sunsets beautiful. We would come back.

Great getaway

This property was an excellent location for our vacation. We were able to access the bike trial from Petoskey to Harbor Springs and beyond. A perfect last vacation before sending our youngest off to college.
