This cozy little 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus loft) cabin is a great way to experience the Tahoe good life. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles on the driveway only. This home is small but packs a big punch and is sure to please!

- NO GARAGE ACCESS: The garage at this home is locked off for owner storage and not available for guests. We reccommend only parking at the top of the driveway closest to the street as the hill leading down to the driveway is steep.
- BACKS TO PIONEER TRAIL: This home backs to a busy street so there is some street noise.
- THE NEIGHBOR DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET HAS REQUESTED THAT WE DO NOT DRIVE ON OR TURN AROUND ON HIS DRIVEWAY. THANK YOU!

TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCE
The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! :)
1. 10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all rentals.
2. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box.
3. We cannot host extra people or allow parties.
4. We cannot accomodate extra cars, parking on the street or dirt.
PLEASE NOTE: Neighbors may alert the police who will issue fines to guests found to be in violation. In order to protect this owner’s permit, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave if this happens.

Everything was wonderful and they were super accommodating. Remember to carry toiletries since they only provide hand wash.

Very clean and orderly.

This was a very nice home. Very clean, in great shape. Definitely recommend this to anyone. Lots of sleeping options as well

Perfectly good

We enjoyed staying here. The cabin was clean and there were plenty beds for our group, which was nice. I found the beds comfortable (they were soft), but my husband did not find them comfortable. They did not provide the upper bathroom with toilet paper, and they did not provide our group with any toiletries, which was a problem. When I informed them of the issue, they let me know they would follow up, but they did not. The place was fine.
