This spacious and inviting Carnelian Bay home is equipped with high quality wood floors, high ceilings, and an entertainment room. Every room in the house is designed to be filled with natural sunlight. Very quiet neighborhood yet only half mile from the lake. Within 20 minutes driving, will take you to Northstar 11 miles, Alpine Meadow 13 miles, Squaw Valley 13 miles ski resorts.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.

The cozy living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. Gather around the fireplace on a chilly winter day and bring along some hot chocolate and board games! Around the corner is a gourmet kitchen showcasing modern appliances and a built in breakfast bar. Feast over a home cooked meal at the second dining table with seating for 8 by the kitchen. Alternatively, dine outside in the fenced in backyard. The backyard is clad with a picnic table, BBQ grill, tether ball, horseshoe pit.


For further entertainment head upstairs to the entertainment/game room. This room includes a large flatscreen smart TV (Netflix, youtube, etc.) and a pool table. WIFI is also available throughout the home.
