About this property

Tucked away in nature, the suite has a modern "beachy" décor inspired by our proximity to the lake. It is a cozy, relaxing space that I'm sure you'll love. The suite is located on the lower level of my home in a popular neighborhood of Nanaimo. It is a very central location with easy access to the shops and restaurants of North Nanaimo, downtown, VIU, NRGH, BC Ferries terminal and the highway. It has it's own private entrance, open concept eat-in kitchenette, countertop convection oven, living room, private patio and BBQ. The kitchen has a full sized fridge with top freezer, microwave, dishwasher, complete set of dishes and cups, cutlery and some bakeware. Relax in your living room with it's own TV and electric fireplace or enjoy sunsets from your own west facing patio. The suite has large windows that overlook mature landscaping and patio doors which provide a bright, vibrant atmosphere. The luxurious Queen Size bed is perfect for a great night's sleep and the sofa is a pull out if you need another bed to sleep.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay in this bright cozy suite. Patrick was a great host and always quick to answer any questions we had. The suite itself is new, modern, and has all that’s needed to make simple meals for the nights we didn’t want to eat out. We really enjoyed being surrounded by beautiful large trees and having our own private deck. The location is nice and central to everything we wanted to do and see. We would stay there again.

Good Stay

To polish up a very good experience, dish and hand towels in the kitchen would have been perfect. Hand towels and face cloths in the bathroom would have been very handy
