BUYERS BEWARE! It was BAD!

In the course of being successively assigned FOUR different apartments until one proved satisfactory, I had to deal with NINE (seemingly "gig") agents posing as customer service reps who were wholly unconnected to one another. I challenged my credit card payment because representations made to me by the only agent with whom I met personally were wholly disregarded by disengaged ones. My advice: make bookings with Sonder at your peril!!
