Fabulous property

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, tastefully decorated and in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. The only negative was that after traveling all day we arrived and the door code didn’t work. My cell phone was dying and we were all exhausted so that was very frustrating. It all was resolved and we had a great stay.

Terrible Customer Service with Sonder

We arrived after midnight to a unit with no working air conditioner. It was brutally hot and when you opened a window, the air handler outside our window was clanging and screeching. We contacted Sonder and they said there was nothing they could do until the morning. We barely slept and then spent the next day repeatedly calling, texting and chatting with Sonder trying to remedy the situation. Eventually, we were moved to another property, but not before hours of miscommunication.
