No Instructions

1. The central air in home did not work, house was 90 degrees upon entry into home. When AC was turned on only produced warm air, did not produce cool air. Attempted contact, with no answer the first time, sent email - no reply. Called again and was informed the AC did not work and had to use the portable units, was not familiar with these types of units. 2. No instructions for the TV and unable to watch local news or national news. 3. Ice maker had no water source, therefore was unable to produce ice and had to purchase ice during stay.

Beautiful Home

Came up North to enjoy a quiet, relaxing Birthday weekend, & we did just that!!! Thank you for sharing you beautiful home. It was decorated lovely, fully stocked with all that we needed. Enjoyed the fire pit & all the amenities. The weather was beautiful, even a little rain. We had a great time!! Will definitely be rent this home next time we come up from the valley!!

Excellent rental in Showlow

We loved this rental so much! They have stocked it with much more than I have ever seen in a rental such as; spices, ziploc, keurig coffee pods, creamer & much more. Lovely two bedroom although we only used one. Very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture & convenient to stores & restaurants! Would love to stay here again & get away from the Tucson heat! Very impressed with this rental & would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful & spacious house to stay in the White Mountains!!
