The kitchen island has barstool seating for 4. The formal dining room has seating for 8 with a gas burning fireplace for those special occasions.

Bedrooms:
The incredible Master Suite has a king bed, HDTV, ceiling fan, and a private door that leads to the pool and spa. The master bedroom also offers a sitting area to watch TV or read a book. The En-Suite bathroom is very spacious and has a large jacuzzi tub with a double sided gas burning fireplace, walk-in shower, double vanity sinks and a walk-in closet

Bedroom 2 is located downstairs and off of the Family Room. It is nicely decorated with a Queen size bed, closet and ceiling fan. Located next to the bedroom there is the first guest bathroom, which has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity sink.
