Conveniently located in the first section of Las Conchas. The property is one block from the beach. Plenty of parking, including parking in a garage. The margarita deck on the top of the house is an entertainers dream. Built-in BBQ grill and a relaxing hot tub.
What makes this property unique
Hot Tub on the top of the home with ocean views. Mini-splits in every bedroom. Each room is equipped with smart TV's. Directv at the property.
