Welcome to Bethany Beach and this hidden gem in Bethany Crossings. Just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. This beautiful end unit duplex features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. There are 3 kings and 2 queens, comfortably sleeping 10. In the bonus area there is also a pyramid bunk bed with a Double and a twin. You may use these beds but they are not included in the linen package. No garage.

Bethany Beach Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a very nice stay. The house was clean and offered plenty of room. Good vacationOnly negatives were that parking for the beach was worse than expected (only 1 parking pass) and there was a beach ordinance about not allowing tents/canopy coverings at the beach which would have been nice to know in advance but it may be a new ordinance.

Spacious, comfy house walking distance to Bethany!

We've stayed at Bethany properties for years, and this is one of our favorite. Very comfortable for large groups. Nice indoors with lots of space on the outside decks/porches as well. Rooms were clean and comfy. On the "outer edge" of walking distance for us, with older parents visiting, but very doable for teens. Also, nice to have a resident parking pass! Only minor hitch was the property management was not open on Sunday. (It's a Sun-Sun rental.) So, it took us a little while to figure out how to get our keys. Would've been nice to know this in advance. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great family get-away

We had a wonderful stay at Bethany this year. The house was spacious and well planned for families. It was all nicely furnished and felt fresh and new. The kitchen had every imaginable tool and appliance needed. The outdoor shower was also very practical for showering off sand and salt after our visits to the beach. The house is located only a short walk from the beach and the board walk. We had a great vacation and can highly recommend this home.

Terrific house, terrific location

The house was great - it isn’t often that you find a vacation rental with the needed number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This and the location were the factors that led us to this house. We were very excited when we arrived to find the terrific screened in porches - perfect places to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or to read. They were delightful. The house is comfortably furnished, the kitchen and eating areas are a great size. No complaints about this rental - it was perfect!

Bethany beach review

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall house was beautiful, great with plenty of room for all 10 of us. The only complaint was the ant problem in the kitchen on the counter and in the 3rd floor bathroom attached to king bedroom (above kitchen). Just made it uncomfortable. We didn't feel at ease with having the house sprayed while we were there. So yes the property was clean but the ants make it seem less so. Also, the WiFi! It did not work at all. We had students with us trying to do work. It would have been helpful to know this upfront. Its 2021 how is there not wifi. We had to go to the library parking lot multiple times.
