The Space:
As you relax by the poolside, you'll be treated to an incredible panoramic view that will leave you breathless.

This spacious property is designed to accommodate groups of up to 13 people, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their own personal space while still being able to come together and create long-lasting memories. Each bedroom is meticulously furnished with comfort in mind, providing the perfect sanctuary for a peaceful night's sleep.

Indulge your senses in the vibrant city of Búzios, known for its stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, and delectable cuisine. Whether you wish to explore the charming streets lined with boutique shops, try your hand at exciting water sports, or simply savor the local flavors, Búzios has something for everyone.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
Búzios is a beautiful resort town located on the southeastern coast of Brazil, approximately 105 miles east of Rio de Janeiro. Known for its stunning beaches, lively nightlife, and charming atmosphere, Búzios attracts both domestic and international tourists seeking a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Or if you wish, we can hire personalized transportation services such as executive car, van, boat and others to offer you the best experience possible.

Other Things to Note:
We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:
* Silence from 10pm til 7am
* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property
* Only listed guests can sleep over
* Intended use is residential only
* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden
* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected
* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event
* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra
* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged
* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
