*Briarwood Homeowners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).
If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $50 application fee will be required.
Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

Great Winter Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay on Tivoli Ct. Clean and comfortable house in nice gated community. Had some problems with the pool heater and Tammy was quick to respond to that and any issues during our stay. My kids/grandkids loved playing pickleball at the community center. We've signed up for next year.

Loved it!

Briarwood is a fab community that has everything you need- a great pool and tennis/ pickleball courts. It was so quiet and peaceful with a small pond behind our rental house- the Muscovy ducks came up to hide in the bushes during the mid- day sun. The house was lovely and spacious for my friends and I to spread out. The neighborhood is pretty close to downtown and East Naples, both of which have some great restaurants!

Home was very well maintained. One minor thing missing was a hair blow dryer in the bathroom(s). We would definitely recommend this location.

Best vacation home!

This property was really the best of both worlds because it was so close to downtown and the Beach which we loved but Briarwoods is secluded and the development really felt like it was in it’s own world! I am not sure which our kids loved more - swimming in the Pool or playing in the waves and finding shells in the Ocean. The house itself was really nice and had all the little touches and amenities that my husband and I appreciate. We grilled poolside and ate by the Pool almost every night!. My kids loved the recreation center - we played tennis with the kids even tried pickle ball! All in all it was a great vacation and we can’t wait to go back!

Exactly what we were looking for--definitely a keeper

We wanted to get away for a relaxing Family Vacation in the Florida Sun - this property was such a great find!! The pool and the hot tub were perfect, we spent more time at our Pool than at the Naples Beach lol! Everything was super clean, the rooms were spacious and it was awesome to have a gorgeous lake in the back yard! We saw Great Blue Herons, a bald eagle, turtles and fish - my kids loved it! I didn’t realize when I booked it that we would be so close to Downtown and to the Beach - We loved going into town and trying the great Restaurants! We will definitely be back!
