The living area has a big sectional gray sofa where you can sit relax as you watch your favorite series in the wall-mounted HD TV. There are also comfortable chairs that will serves as extra seat for your visitors. An elegant marble table, stylish floor lamp and soft rug completes this elegant space.

The two bedrooms comes with a king-sized bed the other room has a two single bed with a very playful tent inside.There is also a maid's room which can accommodate one more person to experience a luxury living in Dubai They both come with a high-quality mattress, fitted with fresh and crisp linens and pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep for you and your loved ones.

Guests have full access to gym, and parking is on request.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Opera, and a lot of more exciting places are in Downtown Dubai making it a busy hub and a prime location. You will have restaurants, cafes, and more surrounding you. You can also easily access Dubai International Trade Centre Exhibition Halls by riding a train at the metro station. It’s the place to be!

The architecture of the buildings in this place can make anyone look up to admire them in daylight or even night-time. Buildings are built and modeled after some famous ones around the world.

There are many places that you can visit in Downtown Dubai as it is one of the locations that tourists and residents go. High-end stores, restaurants, and shops can be found around here, and the beach (Kite Beach) is only about 15 minutes away. You can be sure to enjoy every bit of it!

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai by riding a train, the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall metro station is 11 minutes away. You can get on a train and get around Dubai easily.

Many things are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from DXB by taxi (30min). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
