Nice spot in perfect area EXCEPT FOR PARKING

The property was fine. No complaints. The check in process was confusing and then their was no one to actually check us in. Had to call Wonder then they had to call him to come back to the desk. I’m his defense he had just ran to get food but we were within our check in window. Navigating the lobby to parking garage to around the corner to the Sonder elevator sucked and was creepy but once we learned of the street entrance right there by said elevators it’s was fine. Overall it was a good stay.

Will never stay here again.

We had no hot water for me and my children. I called and tried to talk to this lady, but he children were screaming and crying in the background. She kept muting me to try and get them to stop crying. Then would come back on the line and apologize. Finally after several minutes, she told me she would call me back but never did. This was the worst customer service at any VRBO I’ve ever received. It got worse when maintenance came and informed me that they were on a looping system and the water had to run full blast on all three faucets for 20-40 mins to get hot water. After 42 mins and it being close to midnight, we showered both nights without hot water. Then we had to call the custodial staff because of food, dirty Qtips, hair, dirty linens and washcloths in the sleeper sofa. This was a nightmare of a stay.
