Beach Street Cottage for 4 has a "one of a kind" location in Huskisson, with ocean views, beach access across the road, and a huge garden with expansive lawn areas. The Cottage is a stylishly renovated, classic beach bungalow that is immaculately presented and equipped.

Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Peak Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Saturday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Saturday being the arrival and departure day. Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.

Where will I be?

Beach Street Cottage is perfectly located in Huskisson, overlooking and directly across the road from Huskisson Beach. The cycle path between Huskisson and Vincentia is also right at your front door! The cottage is set back well from the street behind a beautiful garden. There is also easy rear lane access for cars and parking.

Why choose Beach Street Cottage?

Location, location, location + style and garden! Beach Street Cottage is perfectly located vis a vis Huskisson Beach, and is close enough to walk to town. You may not need to drive anywhere! The Cottage is a Huskisson original, modernised and beautifully presented, and set amongst a lovely garden.

How is the property laid out?

Beach Street Cottage is a single level, stand alone cottage with its own parking and rear lane access. The house has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that connect to a front deck, or a side deck with BBQ. There are two bedrooms, one a queen, and a second with 2 x single beds. There is also the option to make use of a fold out single bed, but you need to BYO linen. Both bedrooms share a bathroom (shower and toilet only), and a European style laundry.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso pod machine.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WI-FI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Beach Street Cottage has 2 small but beautiful decks with ocean views. On one side is the bbq, on the other an outdoor dining area. There is also an enclosed lawn area to the front and rear of the property with open access on the south side of the adjacent property - perfect for letting supervised children play.

Staying warm or keeping cool?!

The cottage is equipped with a gas heater in the living room, and some moveable column heaters for the bedrooms + extra blankets. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the house can of course be opened up to catch any sea breeze.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen, bath and beach towels are provided at this property.

Parking for cars, boats etc.?

Beach Street Cottage has laneway access behind the property with secure parking on the grass for 2 cars, behind a gate that can be closed, but not locked.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Beach Street Cottage is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many other pet-friendly options!

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Peak Season rules?

Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Great location
Very clean and comfortable house literally across the road from beautiful Huskisson Beach. The hot outdoor shower was welcome after swimming! Very easy walk into town (less than 10mins) and access to walking/running/cycling track alongside the beach.
