About this property

Welcome to Beach St. Cottage! A beautifully maintained and fully remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the desirable Dennis Village. 1 mile to Mayflower Beach. Short walk to playground, the Cape Playhouse, Cape Cod Museum of Art, local shops, and great restaurants. The home is equipped with outside shower, grill, full-sized washer/dryer, central AC and all the amenities you need for your stay. Large outside deck with comfortable dining and lounging after a long day at the beach. Spacious backyard with a playset for the kids.

The Cottage has a master bedroom with a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. (Linens/towels not included.) There is a desk/working area in the living room for your remote work if needed, with Wifi and a cozy TV space with cable provided, including HBO.

The Cottage is Dog friendly, however please have up to date shots and pets should be well groomed. The back yard is partially fenced, so please be responsible with leashing.

Please note, once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected.
