This beautiful two-level property overlooking the bay of Itanema and Ilha do Algodão, in Angra dos Reis, is located directly on the island's beach, approximately 1.3 km away from the coast of Itanema and boasts fantastic views.

The main house has 2 double suites and a bedroom with 3 single beds, accommodating a total of 9 people. There is also an equipped kitchen and a living and dining room.

The property has covered areas for events with round tables for up to 60 people, a sound system, 2 bathrooms (male and female), dry and wet sauna and an area with aJacuzzi.

There is a private deck for mooring speedboats up to 100 feet.

A neighboring house can be rented for larger groups, with three double bedrooms.

CHARGES FOR CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER AND EMPLOYEES SERVICES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Housekeeper: 150 to 200 BRL per day. In addition to keeping the outdoor area and pool always clean and organized, he/she assists in the barbecue area and in the kitchen, and also available for shopping at the supermarket.
